All individuals shortlisted in The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards were delighted and proud to have been nominated, as were Awarded2U to have been able to commission the bespoke mirror polished aluminium awards.
The lavish ceremony held at London Hilton on the 5th March recognised organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK had the chance to enter one of 14 categories and were judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics.
