Ordering Information

1. CARRIAGE TERMS AND MINIMUM ORDER VALUE

UNITED KINGDOM
Carriage charges on these orders will be £20 per order.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND & CHANNEL ISLANDS
Carriage charges on these orders will be advised after order has been placed.

2. CHARGES FOR SAMPLE TROPHIES
There will be an initial charge for samples which will be refunded upon confirmation of your order.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Strictly 30 days nett from date of invoice for existing accounts.
All new business will be strictly on a pro-forma basis however we offer a strictly 30 days only credit facility for customers who have traded with us for over one year.
We offer a settlement discount for invoices paid within 7 days from date of invoice.
We reserve the right to re-debit your account with settlement discount if deducted without prior agreement.
We reserve the right not to process orders if an account is outside our terms.
We reserve the right to charge interest at 2.5% per calendar month on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond the 30 days credit period.

4. RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK
The ownership of goods supplied, the subject of an order, shall not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by AWARDED2U although the risk passes to the purchaser at time of delivery.

5. DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS
Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us, in writing, within 4 working days of receipt otherwise no liability will be accepted. Non delivery of goods must be reported, in writing, within 4 working days of receipt of invoice.

6. RETURNS
Goods shall not be returned without prior written authorisation from AWARDED2U. All agreed returns must be sent to our warehouse. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and protected and in a re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking charge where we deem applicable.

7. PART SHIPMENT
Every effort is made to send a complete order, however we reserve the right to make part shipments due to external factors beyond our control.

8. TIME IS NOT OF THE ESSENCE
There will be no liability for consequential damages/losses.
